New Direction Ministry is a ministry in Pursuit of the Kingdom. Matthew 6:33 is the foundation on which the ministry was established. Matthew 6:33 says “But seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.” New Direction Ministry develops Kingdom seekers, through the transforming Word of God, whose ministries will prayerfully and spiritually impact their surrounding communities?
Our non-traditional and contemporary approach to ministry will be the vehicle that God’s unchanging Word will go forth. We offer a non-traditional approach to ministry. We focus on the ministries, not boards or auxiliaries. New Direction Ministries seeks to promote an atmosphere where all members are actively engaged in the work of the ministry. We will encourage this by using the concept of TEAM. T.E.A.M. is an acronym for Together Everyone Achieves More. This concept will be implemented by assisting New Direction Ministry members in the discovery of their spiritual gifts and God given talents and callings. God’s Word encourages us to discover our gifts for the edifying of the body according to Ephesians 4:10-12. When we walk in our Purpose, we reach our Destiny and we find ourselves going in a New Direction.
